[In-game Script]How can I get the current suspension height?

Really want to get CURRENT suspensions height.
Yes, IMyMotorSuspension.Height can return the height offset. I don't need the offset.
You know, current height is not equal to height offset when suspension strength and damping is not strong.
Is it Possible? Any Ideas?
